About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Program Manager to join our Corporate IT & Data Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the rollout of the SD Worx AI program.

This role involves managing multiple tracks, together with the to-be-identified track leaders. Some example tracks that will be part of this program include defining an AI technology strategy, embedding this AI strategy into division-specific strategies, deploying an AI training kit, building an AI legal & compliance framework, creating AI awareness & evangelism, ensuring AI security, and following up on key AI use cases and division-specific AI roadmaps.

What do you have to offer?

• Excellent stakeholder management at all levels, including C-level, across all business units.
• Proven experience in program management (5+ years), preferably within a technology area.
• Strong interest and understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in a corporate environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the AI program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Defining the AI technology strategy, together with your colleagues from the AI center of excellence.
• Driving AI awareness, communications, and evangelism within and outside of SD Worx.
