The Role of Call Center Agent:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. This position will work within the reservations department and must have a commitment and passion for providing first-class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests' needs are met in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product. As a Call Center Agent:
  1. You are a meeting point for all incoming calls.
  2. You are a supporting hand for all callers with their questions and requirements.
  3. You are a leading help for our guests to connect them with our departments or transfer information.

Our Ideal Call Center Agent will have:

We are looking for highly motivated team players. This role has direct contact with guests, and as such, good communication skills are essential.

This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work in different shifts, weekends, and holidays.

At least one year's experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury environment is preferred.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
