Position: Senior Manager Accessories Development

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline.
2. 10+ years' experience in Bags and Accessories, Football & related Equipment sourcing or manufacturing.
3. At least 3 years of managerial responsibility, preferably in the sports industry.
4. An experienced, dynamic, and self-driven person with the ambition to make career advancement.
5. A people motivator who possesses strong people management skills and is experienced in leading teams.
6. Independent, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, team-oriented, and flexible.
7. Possess strong Football and related equipment, sports bags & accessories, and material supplier knowledge.
8. Experience in the bags & accessories industry, with exposure to product development and knowledge of costing and pricing.
9. Ability to assess production and R&D capabilities of suppliers.
10. Able to work under pressure and embrace changes and challenges within a multi-cultural group.
11. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
12. Strong PC knowledge.
13. High proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
