Requirements for the candidate:

1. 2+ years of experience in affiliate networks or the advertising industry
2. Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI metrics
3. Hands-on experience with top tracking solutions like HasOffers, Affise, Cake or in-house platforms
4. Background in iGaming or betting verticals
5. A passion for attending and learning from the biggest industry conferences
6. Strong self-organization and self-motivation to drive results
7. B2-level English and Ukrainian

Responsibilities:

1. Find and engage new partnerships for ensuring long-term success
2. Support and retain existing partners to maximize LTV
3. Set up and adjust tracking for offers/campaigns
4. Monitor and optimize affiliate performance daily
5. Control traffic quality and approve partner payouts
6. Be proactive and bring new solutions and ideas – we truly value initiative at Centro Team
