Affiliate Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met, providing regular performance updates, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• New Client Acquisition (Hunting): Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliates and partners through research, cold outreach, and networking to expand the affiliate network.
• Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms, commissions, and agreements with both new and existing affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities within the affiliate marketing space.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to align affiliate efforts with broader company objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role (3-5 years).
• Strong account management skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent hunting and networking abilities to identify and secure new partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting performance data (e.g., using tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, Amplitude, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is a plus.
