We are looking for Advertising Specialists to join our growing office in Malaga. The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team that offers digital marketing expertise to the European market, and will be an integral part of growing our business.
Job Purpose: Acquire new advertising prospects and reactivate advertising clients on the Ads Manager platform
Responsibilities:
Master the advertising value proposition and buying process for online ads.
Communicate the unique advantages of digital audio advertising and audience value.
Address client objections effectively and serve as the primary contact for advertising prospects and clients.
Drive product adoption, close deals, and manage business portfolios.
Optimize campaigns and provide recommendations to enhance performance and retention.
Educate agencies and brands on advertising standards and best practices.
Offer consultation, onboarding, and optimization strategies to clients.
Collaborate with account managers for seamless client handovers.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in sales and/or digital marketing with a proven ability to generate revenue and manage leads/opportunities.
Languages: native Spanish and English (C2).
Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, effective presentation, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing/digital agency operations, buying, and selling processes.
Portfolio Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Tools: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides, Outreach).
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in sales, advertising, marketing, or business, or equivalent experience in digital marketing and ad sales, ideally within a marketing/digital agency.
