A320+B737 B1 B2 Technical Training Instructor Part 147

We are looking at expanding our list of Part 147 contract Instructors, specifically someone with Boeing 737 NG + Max B1 / B2 and Airbus A320 family Ceo + Neo B1 / B2.

Position type: Permanent / Part Time

Location: Remote + Flexibility to travel

As Type Training Instructor you will take over the following tasks:

• Updating and development of the Training Manuals, TNA, TCS and Logbooks.
• Review and development of the question bank.
• Creating and delivering approved training programs, performing assessments, and serving as a knowledge examiner.
• Support the needs of the Training Manager and Examination Manager.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Category B1, B2 or C Part 66 Licence, endorsed with the particular aircraft type.
• Hold Human Factors + EASA Part-66 and Part-147 certificates (We can provide this training).
• Hold Instruction / Training Qualification (We can provide this training).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• At least three years experience in aircraft maintenance instruction in a Part 145 or Part 147 organisation.
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Experience as Instructor.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Motivated Positive Attitude.
• Strong communication skills with good English language proficiency, written & spoken.
• Ability to teach technical content with a high degree of commitment and professionalism.
