Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile for the new opening of JS Pop-up in Ibiza, as Client Advisor.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Welcome the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, trying to perceive his / her needs and expectations, providing all necessary information about the product, current trends, etc.
  2. Develop and maintain effective one-on-one relationships with customers, using also digital tools.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all key customer account activities, and use the information for ongoing reference, including contact names, special delivery requirements, product preferences, outstanding price quotes, previous order history, and all follow-up information related to closing the sale.
  4. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the provided training program, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
  5. Achieve established personal and store sales goals, by thoroughly and effectively managing all customer accounts through all stages of the sales cycle and the purchase process. Respond to all product inquiries (direct and indirect) and attempt to convert them to sales.
  6. Handle transactions and payments with accuracy and discretion.
  7. Maintain the store in optimal condition, ensuring products are displayed properly and luxury standards are met.
  8. Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and overall customer experience.
  9. Manage stock activity in accordance with the SM, and with the daily operations (weekly delivery, transfers requests, random stock check, etc.).

  1. Strong communication skills in English at least (verbal, in person, via e-mail, SMS, etc.) and ability to handle clients with personal care and empathy.
  2. Strong attention to details.
  3. Results-driven and customer-focused.
  4. Time management.
  5. Problem solving.
  6. Flexible availability – including weekends and holidays.
  7. Strong sales orientation and the ability to work independently.

Requirements :

  1. Previous experience in the luxury fashion or younger profile with very strong attitude in learning and responsibility in the assigned role.
  2. Fluent English is required.
  3. BOH knowledge.
  4. Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion knowledge, and problem-solving.
