Hays is collaborating with a leading company in the insurance and health services sector in Spain. We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our team:
Functions:
- Identify root-causes in real time, through a heatmap, implementing actions to reduce pain points.
- Help technical teams understand bugs and evolutions.
- Analysis and presentations of key findings.
- Follow-up on the different KPIs to help evaluate the correct functioning of the portfolio and actions for improvement.
- Detect and manage bugs, enabling seamless product operation.
- Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure and performance issues and make proactive improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of previous experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to find root-causes to each issue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to put inputs from multiple sources to tell a story.
- Knowledge in IoT devices and/or network carriers.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically about how different parts of a system interact and affect each other.
- Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in Telecommunications/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- English: Advanced.
