They are looking for someone to join their Administrative team in their office in Sant Just Desvern and become part of the family. Main Responsibilities

• Registering, archiving, and processing invoices while ensuring proper expense classification and accounting entry.
• Reviewing consistency between product purchases, supplier payments, and invoices, flagging any discrepancies.
• Performing daily bank reconciliations, verifying financial transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
• Managing card transactions for assigned branches, as well as processing supplier payments.
• Handling accounting and administrative issues, ensuring accurate expense and revenue provisions, and keeping accounts updated.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, monitoring regulatory compliance, assisting in audits, and preparing financial reports when required.

Core Skills / Experience

• Native / Full professional level of Spanish; full professional level of English; Italian is a plus!
• Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
• Previous experience in an accounting department.
• Knowledge of Spanish GAAP.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Good communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Flexible, hands-on and oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
