Accountant (PTP, OTC, Cash &Bank / Treasury)

We are an outsourcing company with clients across Europe, USA, and Asia. We are seeking entry-level accountants (PTP, OTC, Cash & Bank / Treasury) with some experience to work in one of our valued client offices in Madrid, Spain. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to develop their careers in an international environment.

Open Positions :

• Process supplier invoices, payment proposals, and invoice queries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and support audits.
• Handle PTP reconciliations and assist in month-end / year-end closing.
• Analyze KPIs and suggest process improvements.
• Process financial transactions (AP, AR, general ledger, and journal entries).
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Develop reports, analyze KPIs, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Manage customer master data and oversee invoicing processes.
• Process credit applications, deductions, and incoming payments.
• Analyze overdue invoices and handle dunning processes.
• Support customer queries and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS standards, and SOX regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP or SAP S4, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
