Department Finance & Legal

To strengthen our finance team in Badalona, we are looking for an accountant who will focus on accounts receivable.

Your responsibilities:

1. Researching, analyzing and observing the credit worthiness / credit score of a customer in order to ensure on-time payments.
2. Ensuring the correct payment terms for specific clients based on their profile, payment history, rating and externally available reports and data.
3. Sending reminders for outstanding payments in line with TVH guidelines.
4. Following up on credit limits, blocked orders and customer claims.
5. Working together with debt collector / law firms in order to ensure pursuance of non trustworthy debtors and collection of outstanding payments.
6. Following up on export documents in order to be compatible with local regulations and laws.

How to succeed / your profile:

1. You have a degree in finance, accounting, or similar through experience.
2. You have first experience in credit control.
3. Your strong communication skills allow you to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
4. You have strong knowledge in IT.
5. You have a good conversational level in English.
