Accountant

Job Description

Job Purpose

• All accounting tasks in the ERP including transfers from Sales/ Direct & Indirect procurement modules to Accounting, Depreciation calculations, Manual entries
• Register invoices in Indirect procurement module
• VAT SII control and Other taxes and filling
• Statutory Audit Support & all request related to Audit from third party

Main Responsibilities:

• ERP usage and information extraction
• Posting Incoming invoices
• Policies revision and observance
• Creation of Indirect suppliers in ERP
• VAT control
• IRPF & VAT report completion
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Qualifications:

• Business Administration or similar.
• Good communication skills
• Average level of English spoken and written is a plus
• Willingness to learn
• Basic training of work safety

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in accounting positions.
