Account Manager, Uber Direct, Spain

About the Role

This role will be a part of the Direct team in Spain. You will be working closely with the Central Uber Direct team based out of Amsterdam and cross-functional stakeholders. As an Uber Direct Account Manager, you will onboard and manage merchants that have decided to start using our on-demand delivery service (DaaS).

In this role, you will mainly focus on managing brands that have decided to start working with us and you'll work towards building best-in-class operating procedures and supporting them on their growth plans. Moreover, you will be part of cross-functional projects. In doing so, you'll make a direct impact by turning Uber into the most trusted, go-to service for as many merchants as possible.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you will focus on managing brands that have decided to start working with us:

1. Manage relationships with brands that have partnered with us, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement efficient operating procedures to streamline brand management.
3. Support brand growth by understanding their needs and offering strategic guidance for scaling.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and deliver on brand objectives.
5. Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and refine processes to maintain high service standards.
