What you’ll do :

  • Create, grow, and manage a portfolio of new clients, showcasing the value of OPINATOR’s cutting-edge platform.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, managing the sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations and close.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients while collaborating with internal teams (presales, customer success, etc.) to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, industry challenges, and customer needs to tailor solutions and provide feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Represent OPINATOR with professionalism and integrity as a trusted partner and thought leader in the CX space.
