Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standards
• Designing effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and quality
• Assisting and supporting in the execution of test cases, stepping in to conduct tests when necessary
• Collaborating with our development team and business team to refine and improve testing processes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methods
• Leading defect identification and resolution processes

Experience & Further Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise
• At least 2-3 years of experience in test management
• Proven experience in designing and executing test cases
• A hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when needed
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Knowledge of the ISTQB Model would be an advantage
• Experience with international and intercultural teams
