Position Summary

Drive Camper's global strategy by leading the development and management of online accounts and marketplaces, ensuring alignment with Camper's digital brand and business vision. As a key growth driver, you will champion the evolution of Camper's presence in major online platforms, enhancing our commercial and consumer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic plans for online accounts to maximize brand reach and sales performance, supporting overall business objectives.
2. Develop clear KPI planning and reporting dashboards with OA team and regularly update the organization on actual status vs planned. Come up with corrective proposals and initiatives where needed and scale best practices across other key OA.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for marketplace platforms, focusing on maximizing investment efficiency, increasing brand visibility, and driving overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the creation and execution of content strategies tailored for marketplace audiences.
4. Lead account management for an online account, focusing on driving sales growth and implementing strategies to enhance performance and customer engagement.
5. Drive cross-team integration process for new marketplace partners and prospect new accounts according to the brand’s commercial strategy worldwide.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including logistics, warehousing, legal, tax, and invoicing, to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
7. Analyze consumer journeys and insights to boost product discoverability in digital marketplaces.

Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
3. Proven track record in managing online account strategies and enhancing digital presence.
4. Advanced operational skills, data analysis, online KPI’s knowledge.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish (other European languages are an advantage).
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio is a plus.
8. Ability to develop and drive business plans and analyze market trends.
