3rd Officer - Private/Charter - Dual season - Rotational 8:8

Position: 3rd Officer

Vessel: 80m Dual season Private/Charter Motor yacht

Start Date: Within the next 4 weeks (flexibility for the right candidate)

This is an incredible opportunity for someone holding OOW 3000 or close to passing OOW.

The ideal candidate will have extensive deck knowledge and experience, looking to establish themselves as an officer on a well-run, busy program with a superb senior team to learn from!

Responsibilities:

1. Spend time on deck, working closely alongside the Bosun.
2. Oversee bridge paperwork and navigational watches.
3. Work closely with planned maintenance systems.

You need to have excellent leadership experience and be comfortable running a team of 7 on deck. You also need to be an excellent large tender driver and confident with deck operations.

There is a busy season inbound with lots of Mediterranean cruising. Winter plans are TBC but potentially wintering in Spain.

Package: A fantastic rotational package which includes time for time (8 weeks on, 8 off), industry standard salary (to be discussed during initial calls), 13th month bonus, annual salary increments, and training allowance.
