3D Printing Services Operational Manager

The 3D print business is a growing business unit that provides world-class 3D printing solutions, unlocks new business opportunities and drives profitable growth in the 3D Market. As solid market leaders we have been able to consolidate technology innovators, market disrupters and profit generators for our customers.

The 3D Printing Services Operations Manager is critical to support the new Omnichannel business model. He / she is the E2E Operations Coordinator across eBusiness, Quote to Cash, and Post-Sales Support, representing a single point of contact for the customer for all contractual operations issues.

Working within the Business Operations organization, the Services Operations Manager will collaborate closely with GBU, Supply Chain, Services, and many other key stakeholders.

We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong customer mindset and problem-solving skills, with experience across different operational areas.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support to EMEA / AMS Business Operations department.
  • Prepare quotes and 3DaaS vs. transactional cost comparison.
  • Calls with customers to go over 3DaaS and the pricing.
  • Prepare and send contracts.
  • Deal handover to CSM Team.
  • Entitlement setup follow up with contract admin team.
  • Renewals and amendments.
  • Contract setup follow up with contract admin team.
  • Manage Shared care; support type periods and billing of additional visits.
  • Fast Track quote-to-cash process:
  • Prepare quote and send SOW.
  • Coordinate onboarding team and OPGs / Request invoice for contractual SKUs.
  • Follow up with credit & collection to review customers who are past due.
  • Bi-monthly renewal calls with sales.
  • Develop, improve and maintain sales enablement tools for subscription and financing, such as customer presentations, internal presentations, datasheets, calculators and other tools to support.
  • Maintain the subscription contracts and work with local Legal teams to localize the contract to local law and translate to local languages, where needed.
  • Training materials and delivery of training to internal Sales and Resellers audiences about subscription and financing offers.
  • Process improvements and simplification advisors.
  • Manage regional portfolio and provide forecasted contractual value on a weekly basis.
  • Track the funnel, follow-up on opportunities, understand status of opportunities, win / loss analysis.
  • Follow-up customer signature working with Sales and Sales Ops and transition to the Customer Success Management team.
  • Support Sales representatives and resellers in understanding the offer and resolve customer questions. Understand customer insights and pass them to the business team.
  • Understand key business metrics and create / maintain / improve customer insight reports.
  • Always with integrity and preserving the legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information and data privacy under GDPR, with specific emphasis on our customers.
  • Support Regional Sales & Category teams with seamless Quote to Cash processes.
  • Facilitate disputes related conversations.

Education and experience required:

  • First-level university degree.
  • Advanced understanding of HP's core processes and customer requirements.
  • Broad operations background, AOM, CSSM or SC experience is an advantage.
  • 3D Printing experience is an advantage.

Knowledge & skills required:

  • Customer focus and mentality.
  • Analytical person.
  • Growth mindset; ability to make progress and propose in an environment of non-standard processes and startup approach (learning by doing).
  • Open-minded and flexible to adapt to new ways of doing things.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Mastery in English is mandatory. Other European languages is an advantage.
