Requirements

• Hold a degree or equivalent experience in social sciences, anthropology, psychology, or a related field.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Have at least two years of experience in consultancy.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to go beyond the obvious.
• Have a strong foundation in hybrid research, utilizing qualitative, quantitative methods, and contextual inquiry.
• Possess the ability to synthesize research findings to uncover and articulate insights that inspire business solutions.
• Be comfortable working in a self-directed culture, with support available to navigate ambiguity.
• Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
