the role as pre-sales engineer
As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Aalberts, you will experience a varied workday, where you engage in daily dialogue with customers to uncover their issues, which then need to be transformed into the right solutions. You will be responsible for determining the calculations, drawings, and concepts that the solutions should encompass.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the complete portfolio of Aalberts hydronic flow control solutions. You will engage in ongoing dialogue with the sales function, service function, and technical colleagues to ensure that accurate information and technical foundations are provided from start to finish, aligning the solutions with each customer's specific needs.

what do you bring
We are looking for someone who is passionate about taking on significant responsibility and has the desire and ability to advise customers and implement the right solutions. We imagine that you have a technical/mechanical background such as engineer, plumber, craftsman, service technician, or another relevant background.

In order to be successful in this role, you bring:

1. Experience within the field of HVAC
2. Knowledge of CAD systems, and if you do not have experience with it, you must be willing to learn
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

As a person, you are positive and have an open approach to new things. You are good at building relationships and are willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues.
