You will refer to the Head of Technical Solutions Department. Technical Solutions is a supporting department to Business Units and therefore works very closely together with Business Units, entities, engineers, and others to develop sustainable solutions to our customers and business needs.

Your work location can be in our office in Fredericia (DK), or out of one of our other remaining office locations in Porto (Portugal), Gdansk or Szczecin (Poland), or Newcastle (UK). You need to uphold a working permit in the location mentioned above.

Your technical English skills must be at a higher professional level (oral and written).

Responsibilities

As Technical Product Safety Specialist, you will have the responsibility for ensuring:

• Work processes are suitable and sufficiently managed to consider
• Adequate risk mitigation measures are both integrated and governed on-site
• Existing and new work scopes and prototypes
• Major product and process changes considering Management Of Change procedures are effectively implemented

You will develop:

• Project WTG Installation Manuals/Work Instructions
• Generic and project-specific Risk assessments for WTG Projects
• Evaluation of design for new platforms and business areas
• Technical safety support to prototype and mockup projects
• User Guidelines, quick guides, and other product documentation
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Technical safety documentation layout
• Maintain the documentation library and recent version catalogues
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Technical Safety (preferably from OEM, Engineers, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Technical Safety standards, machinery directive, regulations, and legislation
• Understanding the correlation between safety products and process risks and the impact on construction, service, and maintenance works
• Experienced in MOC methodology
• Experienced in Technical product and Process Safety, Risk Assessments, Major Accident Hazards consequence, and physical effects modelling
