Within Construction & Facilities we supply NCG, build & maintain stores in line with customer and brand expectations – to secure an efficient store lifecycle.
Job Description
As the Construction and Facilities Manager, you will be leading the Construction and Facility (C&F) team for Denmark, Norway and Iceland. You will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work, closely with the Regional Head of C&F to set the strategy for the markets. Together with the C&F team in the sales market you secure a complete store lifecycle focus including investments, long-term cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
In this position you will lead a skilled and professional team composed of Project Managers, Facilities Managers and NCG Responsible to drive goals and set targets to secure long-term strategy for Denmark, Norway, and Iceland. You collaborate closely with Regional Head of Construction and Facilities and the local Expansion team to set and implement the strategy in your market.
