Virtual Assistant (Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting)

Company Information:

Florida Surface Pro (Based in Florida)

Working Hours:

- Monday - Thursday: 4 PM to 8 PM
- Saturdays: 8 AM to 4 PM
- Sundays: 10 AM to 1 PM

Language Requirements:

- English: Advanced (Fluent communication required)
- Spanish: Preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties:

1. Make 50-70+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
2. Schedule sales appointments with potential customers.
3. Manage and update CRM with lead interactions and appointment details.
4. Maintain the company calendar and follow up on scheduled appointments.
5. Handle inbound and outbound text messages and emails.
6. Perform general administrative and CRM-related tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
2. Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
3. Resilience and persistence in handling outbound calls.
4. Ability to multitask and stay organized with high call volumes.
5. Customer service experience and a friendly demeanor.
6. Reliable and able to work independently.

Tools/Programs to Be Used:

1. CRM software – Builder Prime
2. RingCentral (Voice over IP) or similar calling software
3. WhatsApp, email, and chat tools for client communication
4. Microsoft applications

Technical Requirements:

1. Reliable high-speed internet connection.
2. High-quality phone and computer for seamless communication.

NOTE: Candidates must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and have experience in sales or appointment setting.

This position is remote/telecommute and requires a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
