Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Sales Coordinator to combine the skills of social media management with proactive sales coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, aesthetic judgment, and a personable, outgoing personality to connect with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management :
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Tag relevant stakeholders, engage with the audience, and monitor interactions.
- Maintain consistent branding and aesthetic quality in all posts.
Proactive Sales Coordination :- Build and maintain client lists, identifying potential leads such as holiday events and large conferences.
- Develop outreach plans and execute follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM.
Content Creation :- Design high-quality promotional materials, including flyers, pricing guides, and email communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging.
Client Engagement :- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and event professionals.
- Provide timely and engaging responses to client inquiries.
Qualifications : Required Skills :
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail for client-facing materials.
- Proficiency in managing Instagram and familiarity with other social media platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Experience in sales or customer engagement, particularly in events or related industries.
Preferred Experience :
- Background in live events, weddings, corporate parties, or similar industries.
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and WhatsApp.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales leads and customer interactions.
