Senior Marketing BI Analyst (f/m/x)

As a Senior Marketing BI Analyst in Marketing Analytics, you will be based at the HelloFresh Global Headquarters in Berlin and help us build data-driven insights to develop strategies to grow and optimize our business. You will join the Market Insights team which acts as a key consultant for the senior leadership of 17+ HelloFresh International markets.

• Become a trusted advisor to our Marketing management teams by understanding, shaping and solving analytical business challenges, then jointly formulate and develop implementation strategies.
• Measure, benchmark and monitor performance of the different HF brands across different markets and proactively propose initiatives to improve main business KPIs.
• Challenge and improve Marketing budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with other analysts and contribute to a productive team environment.
• Your work will span across creating analytical insights, reporting & visualization, forecasting, streamlining processes and owning high-impact projects, often directly with senior leadership.

• Motivated individual with strong team-working skills.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Marketing, Consulting, or a fast-growing start-up (ideally B2C).
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to transform vague problem statements and vast amounts of data into actionable analytical insights.
• Technical expertise with spreadsheets, SQL and Tableau, plus ideally Python basics.
• Strong project and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in English, in particular around analytical concepts in the business context, both written and spoken.
