DISCOVER THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive & record invoice or credit memo.
  2. Validate & approve & post purchase invoice.
  3. Settle credit memos.
  4. Obtain approval for expense.
  5. Submit and approve expense claim.
  6. Generate payment file & process payment.
  7. Process bank statements.
  8. Reconcile unidentified/unapplied receipts.
  9. Manage local cash balances.
  10. Prepare Cash Forecast Report.
  11. Close account payable sub-ledger.

Key Requirements

  1. University/College Degree, Finance/Economy/Administration/Accounting.
  2. Advanced MS Excel skills.
  3. Fluent English (both verbal and written).
  4. Results oriented with organizational and planning skills.
  5. Experience in similar position (Minimum 2 years) and cross-cultural companies.
  6. Experience in Dynamics 365.
