Key responsibilities:

• Manage references and standards with flawless execution with a focus on biotechnological materials.
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with internal partners regarding testing standards and measurement strategies.
• Collaborate with laboratory departments, internal customers, and external laboratories.
• Serve as an advisory person and process owner for reference materials.
• Apply your analytical knowledge of biological substances like BioConjugates, proteins, mRNA, and microbial products.
• Determine the suitability of analytical tests for various substances, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
• Successfully implement processes to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.

Key requirements:

• BSc in Biology / Biotechnology or experienced laboratory technician in bioanalytics or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of bioanalytical laboratory techniques, including ELISA, qPCR, or Biacore.
• Proficient in German OR proficient in English with at least basic knowledge and the willingness to improve the respective other language.
• Proven strong communication skills with a passion for collaborating with diverse partners.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to thorough documentation and reviewing tasks, ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicines.
