The Role
We believe that small, collaborative, and cross-functional teams are best equipped to ship the most optimal project outcomes. Within these teams, members of our Strategy group help to bring focus and direction, ensuring the work we produce is supported by principles, delivering on the needs and expectations of both end users and the business.
As an Intermediate UX Strategist, you’ll support the research, planning, and design of digital experiences, products, and services. You’ll collaborate with visual designers, strategists, writers, and engineers, to produce a range of deliverables that help bring our work into clarity. This includes everything from rough sketches to schematics, from mockups to prototypes. Through workshops, concepting sprints, and various other methods, you’ll contribute to solutions that help our clients improve how they engage with customers and drive growth.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a digital studio environment, with experience in research, strategy, and design for web and mobile. Your ability to uncover insights and present ideas clearly and with confidence will be demonstrated through a portfolio of work that shows depth, rigor, and attention to detail.

This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the studio. Candidates should be residents of Vancouver and able to travel. International applicants will not be considered at this time.
