Zoning Data Analyst

LandLogic is a geospatial intelligence platform that integrates zoning, planning, and environmental data to support informed decision-making in the AEC industry. We are looking for a Zoning Data Analyst to assist with zoning data analysis and integration into our platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret zoning regulations, codes, and land use policies.
• Review GIS data to ensure it accurately reflects up-to-date zoning bylaws.
• Work with the software development team to integrate zoning data into geospatial models.
• Identify inconsistencies in zoning data and collaborate with municipalities as needed.
• Support the development of zoning-related insights and reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Urban Planning, GIS, or other fields related to the position (MSc preferred).
• Experience working with zoning bylaws and land use policies.
• Familiarity with GIS platforms and spatial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
