Youth Program Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing various youth programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage budgets, proven sales experience, and experience in supervising staff. The Program Coordinator will work closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned child and youth programs.
2. Oversee the marketing and branding of programs and grow programming within the organization.
3. Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
4. Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
5. Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, schedules, and communication materials.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop strategies for improvement.
7. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events related to program activities.
8. Monitor program progress and prepare regular updates for management.
9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in program management or a similar role.
2. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
3. Experience with youth and children in recreational environments.
4. Proficient in budgeting and financial management practices.
5. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Square, Canva, and social media software applications.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
