Yardi Implementation Consultant – Investment Manager Module

We are seeking a bilingual Yardi Implementation Consultant specializing in the Investment Manager module to support French-speaking clients (Ottawa) in the implementation and optimization of Yardi software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in investment management, extensive Yardi implementation experience, and fluency in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of the Yardi Investment Manager module, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements, design customized solutions, and deliver on client objectives.
• Configure and customize the Yardi module to align with client specifications, ensuring high functionality and usability.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to address potential issues before go-live.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support during both implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Serve as the primary liaison for French-speaking clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Offer expert guidance and best practices in investment management using Yardi software, adapting solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Stay current with Yardi updates and enhancements, participating in testing and validation of new features to ensure successful client integration.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Yardi software, particularly within the Investment Manager module.
• Investment Management Knowledge: Strong grasp of investment management processes and workflows.
