Qualifications

1. High School Diploma
2. Previous Lead Hand experience would be considered an asset
3. Previous experience operating and maintaining forestry machines.
4. Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
5. Desire to work in the field of Forest Management

Responsibilities

1. Working in the field
2. Meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards
3. Meeting daily and weekly production requirements
4. Performance management of an operator group
5. Identifying opportunities for productivity improvement
