NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is looking for energetic, passionate, and success-driven people to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales team. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, your role will be to work with our fantastic customers, educating them on the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services and guiding them through the selection and buying process. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, understand how to drive customers into our locations, be goal-oriented, and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handling all customer situations to completely satisfy their needs.
• Assisting the Store Manager with tasks assigned to you or the team.
• Completing all required training as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Developing your professional skills for additional responsibilities that lead to career advancement opportunities.

Minimum requirements include:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or another Wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is a huge PLUS!
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations in your assigned district as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
