Job description

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market reach within the B2B jewellery sector.

Identify, select, and implement an appropriate CRM software solution to streamline sales operations and customer relationship management.

Build, evaluate, and optimize internal sales processes while ensuring alignment with business operations and customer experience.

Conduct proactive outreach through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads and drive new business opportunities.

Engage with wholesale customers in a consultative manner, understanding their business needs and offering tailored product recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with procurement, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to optimize customer experience and support business growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a remote-based, B2B inside sales role.

Experience in the jewellery industry is preferred but not required.

Proven experience in CRM selection, implementation, and sales process development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

High proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite applications.

Passion for jewellery products and industry knowledge is an asset.
