Web Developer

We are scaling and building Canada's leading e-commerce platform and require the expertise of an experienced Web Developer who has extensive knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box to understand how to drive traffic to the website and increase customer conversion.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize current tools and techniques to build a successful marketplace.
2. Implement AI-powered product recommendations and personalized discovery.
3. Facilitate seamless onboarding for women-led businesses with verification.
4. Develop a seller dashboard with AI-driven analytics on sales, trends, and customer behavior.
5. Create AI-powered marketing tools including automated ad generation, email campaigns, and social media suggestions.

The ideal candidate will initially be compensated on a commission basis (intern/volunteer) and may be hired on after 6 months with a customized compensation package.
