Proactively assisting with the execution of new market strategy plans with the Senior Leadership team
THE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years of commercial underwriting experience
Previous experience working at an MGA
Proven track record in Business Development
A deep understanding of a wide range of commercial lines of business in casualty including cyber, construction, manufacturing, professional lines, environmental
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
COMPENSATION
100,000 – $150,000 base salary negotiable depending on experience plus performance bonus
