Are you a seasoned tradesperson with a knack for leadership and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring our equipment and systems are operating at peak performance.

About the Role

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations, implement preventative programs, and work closely with production to minimize downtime. Your leadership will directly contribute to the productivity and safety of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team
2. Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
3. Develop and enforce preventative maintenance plans
4. Collaborate with production supervisors for effective scheduling
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
6. Train team members on safety, efficiency, and best practices

What We're Looking For

1. Certified tradesperson with a valid Certificate of Qualification
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership or trades supervision in heavy manufacturing
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
5. Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
