Wastewater Technician

Location: Greenleaf, WI
Pay: $26-$32/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am shift

Sagepoint Energy is looking for a Wastewater Technician to help maintain and operate our wastewater treatment systems supporting Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production. If you have experience in wastewater operations and a passion for sustainability, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values dependability, excellence, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems (UF, RO, NF, MBBR, etc.)
• Perform water analysis and adjust treatment processes as needed
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, blowers, and chemical feed systems
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal wastewater regulations
• Respond to system alarms and participate in on-call rotations

What You Need:

• High school diploma/GED (technical training preferred)
• 1-2 years of wastewater operations experience
• State wastewater operator certification (Level I or II preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics
• Valid driver's license
