About the position

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all warehouse duties as required.

What you’ll do:

• Material handling of some hazardous products.
• Monitor inventory levels of Company products.
• Pick orders and prepare them for shipping using a forklift to place products on skids and wrap skids, and then load the skids onto trucks.
• Assist with off-loading trucks and putting away products.
• Bulk liquid transfer from rail to tank or truck.
• Prepare product orders for customers to include custom blending and packaging.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse and equipment.
• Some outdoor work required in various weather conditions.

What we would like from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent working experience.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work within company policy where experience and independent judgment is demonstrated.
• Forklift operation experience an asset.
• WHMIS and/or TDG training an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
