Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

1. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
2. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
3. Arrange for maintenance and repair work
4. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
5. Recruit and hire staff
6. Train workers in duties and policies
7. Arrange training for staff
8. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
9. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
10. Establish work schedules and procedures
11. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
