Who are we searching for?

We are looking for full-time Warehouse Operators to join our busy and growing team for both the day shift (8:00 a.m – 4:30 p.m) and the afternoon shift (3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.). Candidates must be able to work both days and/or afternoons.

Job Duties:

• Meet customer’s packaging requirements
• Matching BOL to physical shipment
• Delivering paperwork to proper person
• Segregating damaged product
• Ensuring physical inventory is accurate, performing random audits on inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by implementing daily housekeeping habits
• Ensure that AWSA Protocols are met
• Ensure FIFO standards are being used
• Packaging and labeling products
• Utilize RF scanners to pick orders and receive product
• Distribution of product, stage loads for shipment
• Repetitive motion/lifting on production line
• Other related duties as required or assigned

Required Knowledge:

• Demonstrate good organizational skills
• Know how to work safely
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to follow instruction from supervisor
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience required
• Minimum 3 years warehousing experience required

Working Conditions:

• Able to lift at least 60 lbs repetitively
• Manual dexterity to work on various production lines
• Overtime as required
• Able to identify any health and safety issues
