Salary: $115,000 - $120,000

Bonuses: Performance Bonus + Company Yearly Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring training, coaching, and scheduling align with business needs.
• Manage the company’s private fleet of delivery trucks, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Implement inventory control strategies, including audits and cycle counts, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the main liaison between warehouse staff, senior management, and internal departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, fostering a culture of workplace safety.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and service levels.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure, overseeing inspections and repairs.

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of warehouse or distribution center management experience.
• Strong expertise in logistics, inventory management, fleet operations, and order fulfillment.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training, and developing warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of JHSC (Joint Health & Safety Committee) certification or willingness to complete.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure.
