6. Prepare and administer sales contracts
7. Use sales forecasting software
8. Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
9. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
10. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
11. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
12. Resolve product and service related problems
13. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
14. Organize and maintain inventory
