About You

You like to take the initiative and manage multiple priorities and work at a faster than average pace. You are quick to connect with your team and are a lively and enthusiastic communicator. You explore new frontiers and are driven to get things done while having a positive response to pressure.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
2. Manage resource allocation and inventory management to meet customer demands.
3. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
5. Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance, technological advancements, and best practices.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 (seven) years in warehouse leadership and management with strong decision-making skills.
2. Experience in import/export (working with containers).
3. Working knowledge of freight, logistics (including 3PL) and WHMIS.
4. Knowledge of project management principles; experience managing projects.
5. Technology friendly including MS Office, ERP, bar coding, RFID etc.
