What you’ll do:

Warehouse Lead

• Assist in loading/unloading shuttle truck twice a week in a safe and efficient manner.
• Organize and verify freight by route and day for two local routes and one out of town route.
• Using company software, print documents required for route loads & delivery.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word daily to perform your duties such as sending and receiving and following up on emails from customers who place special orders, adding new employees, questions on their A/R etc.
• Inspect equipment daily as required by company safety standards.
• Daily housekeeping of the warehouse and yard.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Completed secondary school or higher;
• Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload product from truck without assistance.
• Must be able to work alone and unsupervised regularly.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. This position requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching;
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

License:

• Class 5 Driver's License.

Compensation: The hourly rate that Canadian Linen and Uniform Service reasonably expects to pay for this position is $17.50, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
