SUMMARY

The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring positive and effective communication with drivers and internal staff, as well as reconciling inventory between system and physical and performing accurate data entry/record keeping. This role relies heavily on effective communication skills, time management/prioritization, and accuracy.

SHIFT TIME

8:00am to 4:30pm (This is a contract position with an expected duration through December 31, 2025)

SALARY

$23.00/per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process inbound & outbound PO’s (verify and report errors to Team Lead/Supervisor), receive SCT (Supply Chain Transfer) into our ERP system.
2. Excellent time management skills, able to effectively communicate with various departments.
3. Data entry, record keeping, generation of reports, inventory investigation, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
4. Create and maintain SOPs.
5. Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
6. Perform inventory bin transfers physically (using Forklift) and electronically in our ERP System (through RF guns or computer).
7. Knowledge of cycle counts, receiving, order picking processes & FIFO/FEFO.
8. May be assigned to other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE

1. Experience in packaging and/or a manufacturing environment is an asset.
2. Experience with ERP and MS Excel is recommended.
3. High School Diploma or GED preferred; must be proficient in math.
4. Valid First Aid Certification is an asset.
5. Able to work well and multitask in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines while maintaining dedication to quality, safety & accuracy.
6. Able to read, write, and speak in English.

RELATED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

1. Hearing protection and steel toe shoes required (will be provided).
2. Forklift experience and certification is an asset.
3. Ability to work in a cold environment.
4. Frequently standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, and twisting while transferring product.
5. Maneuver heavy objects, including lifting (floor to waist, waist to shoulders, and overhead) and carrying up to 30kg (approximately one to two hours a day).
6. Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel / ERP Systems), and recordkeeping.
7. Ability to follow safety rules, work under guidelines, and attention to detail.
