Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse and Inventory Associate is an important asset to the Warehouse team. In this role, you will provide support to all stakeholders here at BellatRx. Not only will your capabilities enhance our team, but we will teach you to further your abilities with customer service, teamwork, inventory management, inventory control and distribution, customs clearances, shipping, and receiving. All while integrating into an amazing team, you will touch every department and learn what we do, and the hands-on knowledge to advance into a career in Material logistics.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Picking orders for production, Spares and Service by processing requests and supply orders, and bringing picked orders to the production floor.
• Packing, wrapping, and labeling stock items.
• Warehousing (Stock keeping and accurately reporting stock levels).
• Collaborating in the implementation of the barcoding system.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment by complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintaining quality service by following organizational standards.
• Documenting actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records as required.
• Participating in the Year-end Inventory.
• Ensuring the shipping & receiving of parcels and freight.
• Managing customer samples.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a warehouse associate (in a manufacturing environment an asset).
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Bilingual (oral and written).
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (Inventory software and Inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment - an asset).
• Able to drive a forklift (an asset).
• Mechanical and Technical skills (an asset).
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
