Warehouse Associate (AM) - Richmond

Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate in Richmond, BC, for a leading logistics and automotive parts supplier.

The Warehouse Associate position involves operating forklifts and Raymond Reach trucks, picking and packing automotive parts, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse tasks. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet daily quotas, and proficiency with an RF Scanner.

• Location: Richmond, BC
• Salary: $26.85 / hr
• Shift: Monday to Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Full-time)
• Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a forklift or Raymond Reach Truck.
2. Pick and pack automotive parts in the warehouse.
3. Use an RF Scanner for inventory tracking.
4. Meet daily efficiency and quality KPIs.
5. Perform shipping duties and prepare orders for delivery.
6. Label and wrap orders in boxes.
7. Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
8. Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

1. Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.
2. Previous experience operating a forklift or reach truck.
3. Previous warehouse experience required.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
6. Experience using an RF Scanner.
7. Experience with picking and packing.
8. Ability to meet daily quotas.
9. Professional demeanor and reliability.
10. Steel-toe boots required.
