Reporting to the President and co-founder, the VP of Finance will be a strategic and dynamic addition to our team, leading our international financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy across Australia, Canada, and the United States. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in global financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. This role requires a visionary leader who not only collaborates with senior leadership to enhance financial performance and optimize resource allocation but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and engage in the day-to-day operations. We need someone who can balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, supporting business growth in diverse markets while ensuring operational excellence.
